Delivery and Shipment

General

Shipping is effected within Austria, but also Europe and other countries. Shipping is carried out as uninsured parcel or letter to your stated invoice address. If you should state a different delivery address, we will deliver to that address. Please check the submitted information for the invoice or delivery address carefully. In the event of inaccurate address information, we reserve the right to charge for any arising costs for the return of delivery due to undeliverability. The same applies to unsuccessful attempts of delivery and non-collection respectively.
The shipping costs (postage) depend on size of consignment, weight as well as destination. Based on this, we charge a fair shipping flat rate, which is calculated automatically during the order process. The basis of this calculation is the delivery address. Packing costs are not charged for.
The prices and costs stated in our confirmation are due net.

Being an internet company and due to the involved company structure, we kindly ask you to understand that we currently cannot offer you a permanent telephone customer service – especially no ordering by telephone. Please send us your questions, concerns or suggestions via e-mail to office@inspirations.eu or use our online contact form. We assure you that we will attend to and answer any received e-mails as quickly as possible (working days Monday – Friday).

National modes of payment (Austria)
  • We currently accept the following modes of payment: Credit card via moneybookers (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB), paypal, cash in advance. Delivery and invoice only to Austrian customers after 3 paid order transactions and positive credit check.
  • Due to technical reasons, single payment modules may be temporarily out of order in our online shop. We kindly ask our customers to use other modes of payment in such an event.
  • With payments by cash in advance, the customer receives our bank details via e-mail after we have checked the availability of the ordered goods. After we have received the amount of the invoice, we ship the order. With cash in advance transfers, the order number must always be stated. 
National shipping costs (Austria)
  • We ship via the most reasonable dispatcher. Letters and small parcels are sent via the Österreichische Post AG (Austrian post).
  • You can view the shipping costs within Austria in the course of the order transaction. These flat rated shipping costs only apply up to a total weight of 30 kg. Furthermore we reserve the right to organize the delivery alternatively, whereby additional costs can arise. However, this will be discussed with the customer in advance.
  • It is also possible to collect the ordered goods in our warehouse in 1230 Vienna. We will arrange an appointment for collection.
International modes of payment and shipping costs
  • Delivery abroad is only possible with credit card payment, paypal or cash in advance and after our confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to demand a proof of identity with international orders.
  • You can view the shipping costs in the course of the order transaction. These flat rated shipping costs only apply up to a total weight of 30 kg. Furthermore we reserve the right to organise the delivery alternatively, whereby additional costs can arise. However, this will be discussed with the customer in advance.
  • Arising customs duties or other taxes must be paid by consignee. For deliveries to Switzerland customs handling costs of € 16.87 arise. For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties arise!
General delivery times and partial deliveries 
  • The average delivery time within Austria is approximately 10 days after confirmation of your order, depending on whether your order involves standard goods or specialities. 
  • Due to our comprehensive range of products and the large number of products that are sometimes difficult to obtain, the case might occur that not all products are immediately available or they have to be produced especially for you. In such case we will do our best to ensure short-term delivery times.
  • In the `remarks´ section of the order form you can state a desired delivery date, such as `if possible, please deliver until December 23rd, 2006´ or `please partially cancel goods that are not immediately available´ and thereby inform us how we should execute your order in the event of possible delays.
  • Please note that cash in advance orders require the longest processing time – bank transfer usually takes up to 5 working days, depending on the bank. Incoming payments will be checked once a day, Monday to Friday. 
  • Due to our tight price calculation, a partial delivery of your order is only possible in exceptions. We kindly ask for your understanding! 
  • Queries and orders can also be placed via e-mail. Please use our contact form. 
Damages in transit and deprivation
  • If your goods should be damaged in transit, we kindly ask you to complain immediately via e-mail, stating your order number. You will promptly receive a replacement delivery, as soon as the insured event has been settled with the respective logistics enterprise (processing time approx. 6-7 working days).
  • In dealing with damage events, we depend on the cooperation of our customers. To open tort litigation, we thus require a detailed description as well as pictures of the damage, if possible, especially of the transport packaging!
  • You receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the goods have left our shipping department. If you should not receive the parcel after 5 to 6 working days, we kindly ask you to inform us via e-mail. We will then have your parcel retraced. 
Discounts for larger quantities
  • Discounts are only possible with respective purchase quantities, but will be agreed upon individually with the customer. Discounts are possible especially for resellers and quantity buyers.
Counterorders
  • Orders subject to cash in advance that are not paid via bank transfer by the customer within 8 days, are cancelled automatically.
  • Cancelled orders remain stored in our EDP and thus can be reactivated without any problems.
Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw the contract according to the legal regulations of the Distance Selling Act of the Republic of Austria within 7 working days (Monday – Friday) after receiving the goods. An unlimited right of withdrawal / right to withdraw from the contract is not agreed on. In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the costs for the return, except if the delivered goods do not represent the ordered goods. The customer undertakes to return the goods packed properly within two weeks after exercising the right of withdrawal– if possible in the delivered transit packaging – if withdrawal has not been carried out by returning the goods in the first place. Goods that are no longer in their original packaging and show signs of usage respectively are exempt from withdrawal.
The goods ordered with inspirations are partly produced according to customers´ specifications or are tailor-made according to customers´ needs. Thus, there is no right of withdrawal for the order of XL prints, specially produced products or non-standard motifs.
In order to keep to the withdrawal period, timely mailing of withdrawal or goods is sufficient. The withdrawal should be addressed to: inspirations Gabriele Cinibulk, Birnbauerweg 124, 2392 Grub/Austria, or office@inspirations.eu.
