Acquisition, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without giving your personal data. We just save access data without personal references, e.g. name of your internet service provider, page from which you are visiting or the name of requested file. These data are exclusively used to improve our range of products and do not allow any conclusions about you personally.
Personal data are only collected if you provide them voluntarily in the course of an order, when opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. We use the data provided by you without additional consent exclusively for completion and processing of your order and marketing purposes. When registering for our newsletter or giving your email-address in the course of various contributions on our site, your email-address will only be used for our promotional purposes, till you cancel your subscription to the newsletter or send us a cancellation email.

Passing on personal data, credit check
We only pass on your data to the carrier in charge of shipment of your order and only to the necessary extent. For payment transactions we pass on your payment data to the bank in charge of the transaction.
In case of prior performance we reserve the right of a credit check to protect our vested interests. Your interests shall be protected following the legal regulations. Transfer to other third parties is excluded.

Cookies
To ensure that you can order from our online-shop, a so-called cookie is placed when certain pages are accessed. It involves a small text-file that shall be automatically deleted from your computer when you end your browser session. This file is exclusively designed to use certain applications, e.g. our cart-system. In our shop cookies are used for saving your session ID and our partner IDs which can be accessed at your next visit. The produced cookies have a lifetime of 30 days. Moreover, you can organize acceptance of cookies from this site and, if you desire, block them in your browser program. In no case are there any drawbacks for you in using our cookies, on the contrary, they are designed for your benefit.

Data security
Your personal data are transferred encrypted via SSL through the Internet. We secure our website and other systems with technical and organizational methods against loss, destruction, access, change or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after log-in with your personal password. At any time you should treat your access information confidential and close the browser window after completing communication with us, especially if you share a computer with other people.

Right to information
According to DPA 2000 you are entitled to free of charge information about your saved data and a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data if requested.

Revocation of approvals
You have explicitly given the following approvals in the process of ordering. We would like to point out that you can revoke your approval at any time for the future.

Opening a customer account
I approve that upon opening a customer account inventory data (email) and site usage data (user name, password) are saved in a customer database. I can revoke this approval at any time with future effect by deleting my customer account in the members section.

Approval of email advertisement
I would like to receive interesting offers regularly by email. My email-address is not passed on to other businesses. I can revoke this approval for usage of my email-address for promotional purposes at any time with future effect by having my email-address deleted from the start-page or by sending a cancellation email to office.at.inspirations.eu.
